Over the last 20 years I have collected the most beautiful props, with an extensive Dollcake dress collection, this is NOT just a photoshoot, it is the most magical experience you could wish for your child as your child walks into the fairy woodland set filled with a giant toadstool, flowers, lanterns and high quality props to create a beautiful set. I believe in creating authentic experiences for children, there is nothing like the look of awe on your child’s face as they become an enchanted fairy.

Having photographed children and families professionally for over 30 years. I have learned over time how to get the best out of children. But I firmly believe that sessions like these should be full of enchantment, you know that feeling you had when you were a child and you believed anything could happen, well that is why it’s taken so long for me to collect wonderful props, and beautiful dresses set in a magical little village on the Essex border, I believe these fairy experiences are the best your child could wish for. The gowns aren’t just cheap dressing up costumes they’re beautifully made Dollcake, Petite Adele and handmade gowns perfect for twirling and making wishes, blowing fairy dust or turning their Mummy into a frog! Upon arrival you are taken into my dedicated home studio where you see the magical fairyland set, and dresses to choose from. I leave you to get your little one changed and then the magic happens. Your child is presented with their fairy wand and then with gentle prompts and lots of fairy magic wishes and maybe a dress change or three! After your session you will receive a password protected link to your gallery to choose your images from, with some fairy dust magic and my fine art editing skills I transform your child into the fairy of their dreams, I tend to add wings after as they look more realistic. And add little glows and sparkles, water reflections and also composite them into alternate whimsical backgrounds. It is well known in todays world the positive effect of seeing yourself in photos on the wall, or beautiful artwork gives a child confidence and self esteem. Not only that but this will be the most breathtaking artwork to adorn the walls of your home.
