What is a newborn shoot?

I am truly blessed to have been chosen to photograph so many beautiful babies and families over the last few years as you can see I have an extensive portfolio, some of the images have been taken in my home studio on the Suffolk/Essex border, some families I travel to and can offer the same level of quality and bespoke portraiture in your home. Some families choose to mix the shoot, and have the more posed combined with lifestyle maternity or newborn photography. Others love the fairytales and magic and want creatively styled baby photos, or very plain and simple. Newborn portraits are definitely a matter of taste, if you like my work, and decide to book in with me, you can be sure you will come to view your images knowing I’ve captured the things that make your heart sing. I have poured my heart and soul and a huge amount of investment into ensuring I offer a professional, safe and stunning newborn photography in Suffolk and surrounding areas. I only photograph beautiful newborn babies, families, maternity portraits and children through to teenagers meaning my 25 years of being a professional photographer I know all the tips and tricks to get you to relax even if you are not comfortable in front of the camera.

I have invested in the best equipment, my camera is dual slots which means if a memory card goes wrong, the images are saved to another card, once I have taken your images they sit on my iMac, but also are backed up to a separate hardrive and a cloud based system. All of my props are shipped from across the World, and I ensure I use only the finest and kindest products next to babies skin, more importantly, wool products are ethically sourced. The attention to detail throughout my whole business is infinite.

What sets me apart is my own unique style and artistry. I charge a very fair price for the amount of time that I spend editing your gorgeous images. I don’t reel you in with “freebies” and surprise you with a huge bill at the end if you want to purchase your images, we discuss in advance what you most want – no hidden catches, no hard sell, and all my pricing in advance. What you will receive is a lovely relaxed newborn session, my complete and utter attention to creating you a beautiful gallery,  and breathtaking images to pass down the generations.
