Dreamy Colchester Newborn Shoot

This little superstar was born a little early so came into the studio at 5 weeks old, and was so settled she slept beautifully through all the poses we put her into. Baby safety as always is the most important thing when taking photos. But Rosie was so content and barely made a peep as I carefully positioned her, we even managed to do a mini photoshoot for her sister who was itching to have a turn, so we turned her into a Princess quickly at the end, we have a huge range of Princess type gowns including a huge number of Dollcake dresses, and she quickly picked her favourite dress and extra sparkly crown to wear.

Not every 5 week old new baby will sleep so soundly so it’s always best to prepare parents that they may not get all the poses they’ve chosen from my portfolio, but then it’s a huge win when they sleep like a dream.

Backdrop is from Props for Togs and is such a gorgeous background of another photographers studio floor but it looks so realistic. So so happy to have photographed this gorgeous family and giving them such precious memories to treasure.
