Essex dog cake smash
Storm our beautiful rescue pup came to live with us 6 months ago. We adopted her from the amazing Pack Project who rehome cats and dogs from Romania, Storm is highly like to have been sent to a kill shelter and we picked her up off of the freedom bus in October, this smelly scared little puppy. The Pack Project ask that you follow positive reward training, and we have followed their advice, Storm is now the most loving gentle soul and is without doubt a much loved member of our family. As we’re on lockdown at the moment, I decided I’d spend a bit of time making her a cake and headband so we could do her a doggie cake smash in our gorgeous garden. She was a superstar, she came through the little path she’d been desperate to get to this delicious smelling cake all day, and polished it off quite swiftly, definitely a different cake smash to a child one but I’ll treasure these pictures forever – this is a link to this amazing charity – The Pack Projects first documentary
